Thomas, Forbes & Associates Limited is a company which was incorporated in 2001 and was registered as a Real Estate Dealership under the Real Estate (Dealers and Developers) Act 1987 of Jamaica to conduct valuations, sales, rentals, auctioneering and property management.

The company (Thomas, Forbes & Associates Limited) have a sales staff of four and four university trained valuers along with our competent support staff and currently conducting Valuations /Appraisals on various properties being submitted to various financial institutions and corporate entities. Also provide appraisals for clients within the legal and courts system.

We at Thomas, Forbes & Associates Limited have a good understanding and experience of the essential elements critical to the process of conducting valuation exercises of property types to include residential, commercial, resort, agricultural among others.

Over the years, our management staff and directorship has experienced trained professionals in finance, insurance and property development and who has regained the respect of the business community and who has operated with fiduciary integrity.

Thomas, Forbes & Associates limited as a small well-disciplined entity has striven to maintain a high level of honesty and efficiency in accordance with its mission statement.

We also maintain strong relationships with other qualified valuers and the internet services brings us closer to our clients across the world; assisting in fulfilling the Mission Statement of the Company to provide professionalism that meet the higher expectation of the Jamaican people and the Diaspora.
